OUR DIRECTORS
Mr. Manoj Garg & Mrs. Neerja Garg
He started the home furnishing business with his wife, Mrs. Neerja Garg. He is the full-time director, looking after and being accountable for the overall profitability and operations of the company.
The company markets its product through five channels: LFS, e-retail, trade, institutions, and exports. Mr. Manoj Garg is in charge of all five channel heads.
On the operation front, the company has six departments: accounts, HR, purchase, logistics, production, and design. The first four departments are overseen by Mr. Manoj Garg, and the production and design departments are taken care of by our other director, Mrs. Neerja Garg. Mr. Manoj Garg mentors his team members by providing them with vision and motivation.
